Hello! My name is Mia Disanti and I am a seamstress and craftsmanship competitor of 4 years. I have competed at Tekko Con for 3 years and Zipcon for 1. With competing I have learned invaluable skills. As a self taught seamstress with a drive to improve with each project I have exceeded even my expectations. Learning and excelling in sewing, hand sewing, hand embroidery, beadwork, and pattern alterations alongside 3D modeling and prop work. Within the craftsmanship competitions you are judged based on the cleanliness of your work as well as accuracy and craftsmanship. Every seam is flipped every bit of your cosplay is inspected in 5 minutes. I have gotten very good at explaining things to the point. Each judge has been sewing for years as well as competed themselves and must be in the masters category. I feel very lucky and privileged to be able to show off my work to these people as well as you!
